Meet Monica Skalsky, CMT

Hi! I’m Monica Skalsky—massage therapist, educator, and mentor with 30 years of experience in this incredible industry. I’ve worked as a sports massage therapist, clinical therapist, and lymphatic therapist, helping clients heal, recover, and perform at their best. In 2013, I took the leap and opened Balanced Pro Massage, and today, I proudly own and operate Wrthit Mobile Massage, focused on luxury massage and helping women recover after cosmestic surgery.

Beyond hands-on work, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at the National Holistic Institute and American Career College, mentoring countless massage students as they launched their careers. I love making learning engaging, practical, and fun—because mastering both massage and business should be exciting, not overwhelming!

I know firsthand what it takes to build a successful massage business from the ground up. I also know how easy it is to struggle, burn out, and feel overwhelmed by the business side of things. Let’s be real—massage school teaches us how to be great therapists, but it doesn’t teach us how to run a business. I had to figure it out the hard way, making plenty of mistakes along the way. And I wish I had someone to guide me through the challenges of growing a practice, setting prices, attracting loyal clients, and actually making a great living without overworking myself.

That’s exactly why I created Yes You Can, my 5-week virtual business course designed specifically for massage therapists who want to build a thriving practice, double their income, and work smarter—not harder. This isn’t just theory; it’s real, practical strategies that I’ve used myself and helped other therapists implement successfully.

This course includes 5 live group coaching sessions, where I’ll personally help you apply what you’re learning each week. No fluff, no overwhelm—just clear, actionable steps to take your massage business to the next level.

I believe running a successful practice should be fun, fulfilling, and absolutely possible for you. You became a massage therapist because you love helping people—now it’s time to build a business that supports you just as much as you support your clients.

I’d love to be your guide on this journey.

Are you ready? Yes, you can!
